McCoy Artists Group (MAG) was established in 2009. I am an alumnus of the University of South Carolina /National Association for Campus Activities graduate program in Educational Administration which has become a foundation for my 35-year career working in the arts and entertainment business.

My past employment has taken me from my Iowa hometown to South Carolina, New England, the Great Plains and the Rocky Mountains, becoming executive director of the Al. Ringling Theatre in Wisconsin for 17 years, prior to starting MAG. My broad-based experience and community involvement includes employment with with nonprofit community-based arts organizations, colleges and universities.

With this comprehensive understanding of performing arts programming, MAG's mission is to assist presenters in selecting artists that will advance their artistic and programmatic goals.

I currently represent 14 artists including multiple genre's of music, comedy and dance. I am comfortable booking college/university campus programming, symphony pops, festivals, clubs and corporate engagements. In addition to main stage performances, MAG artists offer a variety of educational outreach/residency programs to enrich your artistic goals, reach new audiences and engage the community to strengthen collaborative partnerships with your organization.

I welcome all opportunities to work with venues and assist designing programs that will achieve maximum revenue, community outreach, audience development and artistic growth.

A few highlights of my experience that I believe will assist presenters in selecting the right MAG artist for a presenter's series include:

>> Successfully initiating, developing and managing hundreds of campus/community events, including performing arts, films, conferences and meetings, and private and public community functions.

>> Effectively building relationships to lead and execute a multi-million dollar fundraising capital campaign, refocus a debt-ridden organization into a profitable operation and purchase properties to develop new programming opportunities.

>> Successfully establishing and leading nonprofit businesses, with a substantial understanding of organization development, public relations/marketing, contract development and negotiations, creative facilities planning and use, volunteer and staff management and the value of community involvement.

>> Creating, managing and marketing cultural, educational, entertainment and social programming that expanded community outreach, image development of the organization and audience engagement.

While maintaining a select, roster of artists, MAG is always open to represent new clients from all artistic genres. The best way to connect with MAG is providing an EPK through email, including information regarding touring experience.
